Welcome to the Contact List System (CLS) App!
In the CLS App we have streamlined the most important needs and provided them to you right on your phone. You can access user contact information, building locations, and get connected to the ACF website at any time. Both HHS/ACF and External users are able to access the app using their CLS login credentials.
Using the CLS App, all users will be able to:
• Keep their data secure using a 2 Step Authentication login method
• View CLS profile information for you and your colleagues
• Contact other users through phone, text message, or email based on the info provided in their profile
• Create a Favorites list of your most frequent contacts and add them to custom groups
• Ability to send mass emails to your custom groups
• Access to the ACF website
• View a list of ACF Federal buildings and their proximity to your current location
• Get directions to all buildings form your current location
• View a list of staff that have not responded to updating their CLS profiles
For select personnel, the following additional features are seen:
• COOP (Continuity of Operations) contacts list is provided
• COOP contact information can be accessed while your phone is both online and offline
• Daily Status Error push notifications, an extension of the Daily Monitoring System, are sent each morning at 6:07am
